Our Process

  1. PICK A BAG MODEL
    Browse through our web site and find the bag that you think would be perfect for your athletic program or corporate organization
  2. CONFIRM A VOLUME
    Keep in mind it is extremely difficult & expensive to go back later and custom make 1 or 2 additional bags. Take a few extra minutes to double check the desired volumes.
  3. CHOOSE COLORS
    We offer bags in 25 different colors of fabric, trims, & webbings. If you are unsure of what might look good, or more importantly what might NOT look good, make sure you ask us. We would be happy to send you samples of the fabric & webbing, so you can compare the options for yourself.
  4. CHOOSE OR CREATE LOGOS
    Most all athletic programs and corporations already have access to approved artwork. You can submit your artwork through our embroidery form, e-mail us your desired artwork or send a hard copy in the mail. We have re-created thousands of logos and made them in to digital embroidery files. We can "digitize" your logo from what you send, or help you create your own from scratch. Custom embroidery files are a ONE TIME CHARGE to make, you can then re-order in following years without additional digitizing charges.
  5. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
    After completing the above steps it is time to contact us for a written quote. Quoted bag prices differ from bag to bag based on the difficulty of the unit (amount of labor), size & number of embroidered logos (stitch counts), and total volume of units. Due to the fact that everything we make is custom, there is a substantial price decrease with higher volumes.
  6. APPROVAL
    Once we send you out our quote with all of the above, we ask for a signed faxed copy be returned to us. (For schools & corporations: ALL ORDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A WRITTEN PURCHASE ORDER) This insures that you have accepted the contract between us for the style of bag, volume of units and pricing on the written quote.
  7. DELIVERY
    Once we have received your purchase order and all logo placement, color & design has been confirmed, we will be hard at work insuring that you receive your order quickly and correctly. Sit back and relax. Let us do what we do best....make you the best damn bags made!

It is our goal at O'Neil KG Bags to make you a custom bag that fits your needs, your budget, and is manufactured of a quality that will outlast any competition.

Turn Around Time

We ask for at least 4 weeks to complete most custom orders, however our average turn around is only TWO WEEKS, depending on the season. Although our production schedule is set daily, it is crucial to for our business to stay in a "production-efficient" zone.

This "don't break the momentum" philosophy allows us to manufacture smaller volumes as efficiently as possible. One point to note; if we tell you your bags will be there by on a certain date...you can count on it!
