 O'Neil KG Bags is a family-owned and operated 7,000 square foot cut-and-sew manufacturing facility based in Northern California. We specialize in making the best custom athletic, travel, and gear bags in the U.S.A.. We also specialize in making your own custom products. A vertical-integrated company where under one roof we not only manufacture product we digitize your logos & embroider your imagies. Team or company names and /or numbers are also embroidered on the items we make. Other options are screen printing, tackel twill sewing or heat transfer application. Our embroidery department is the largest in Marin Country.

Founded by our father Rob in 1984 sons Ryan and Jamie joined the company after college and after finshing their semi pro baseball days. They continue to maintain and expand on the companys comittiment to quality, service and a fast turn around  that has been the benchmark of the company. Established in San Francisco twenty Seven years ago we are now located just over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Rafael. CA. This central location has a skilled labor base and is close to readally available raw materials. The location combined with in house design & production allows lighting fast turn around for both custom bags and embroidery. Our emphasis continues to be the manufacturing of high end quality products, sold at a direct manufacture cost and made in this country. Because our name is on the label  we take great pride in all our products. As a a family owned business we work in an envirioment that is a little more emotional than you find in a traditional company, This puts us in a position to not only be accountable to our coustomers but also to each other.
